Paid work only between verified people
Deals never work without full verification. The company pays FIXER a 15% service fee on top of the contract price, so the talent receives the full agreed amount.
- Everyone who takes part in a deal verifies their identity: phone, a card check, a government ID and a selfie reviewed by FIXER staff.
- Companies also confirm a business e-mail on their own domain.
- Both sides sign the contract in FIXER. The company is charged when the talent accepts, and the talent is paid once the work is delivered, as set out in the Terms.
